Silverhill Wreck Causes Power Outage

SILVERHILL, Ala. A serious vehicle wreck on Sunday morning has injured the occupants and caused some power outages in the area.
The driver lost control of their vehicle in the area of 19500 CR 55 on August 10th, 2025, at around 8:30 a.m.
It was reported that the vehicle had also rolled over during the crash.
The Silverhill Fire Department, police, and EMS responded to the scene and immediately assisted the injured persons.
Baldwin EMC reported that one of their power poles was broken during the wreck, leaving approximately 300 people in the area without power.
The pole was replaced, and customers had power restored within a few hours.
