BALDWIN COUNTY Ala. A strong line of storms moving from West to East caused damage in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties Thursday morning.
Shortly before 10 a.m., there was a report of a tornado on the ground in Mobile County but this has not been confirmed as of yet.
There were also numerous reports of lines and trees down.
As the storm moved across the Mobile Bay, it left hundreds of power outages and caused damage throughout the Eastern Shore area and into the Silverhill community.
While damage was mainly limited to trees down in the roadway, and several reports of trees on houses and RVs, and some lines down in several areas, no injuries are known to have been reported.
There was also one report of live wires on an occupied vehicle on Pecan Terrace in Silverhill.
Riviera Utilities, EMC, and other providers have reported more than 3,000 power outages in Baldwin County.
