Silverhill Wreck Brings Down Power Pole

A Sunday morning wreck on County Road 54 didn’t bring the house down, but it did bring down a power pole and utility lines.

The crash happened at around 9:42 a.m. after a driver lost control of their vehicle and slammed into the pole.

Fire, EMS, and law enforcement were all dispatched to the scene near the address of 16122 CR 54 and temporarily shut down the road.

Several utility companies were also called to the scene to deal with the downed lines and the broken pole.

There were no reports of any serious injuries.
