Short Police Pusuit Leaves Driver Facing Felony Charge

MOBILE, Ala. An ALEA trooper was patrolling Interstate-10 in Mobile County Friday night when a vehicle was seen traveling at a high rate of speed.
The state trooper activated their emergency equipment, including their blue lights and sirens, but the driver refused to stop and continued to flee.
Additional law enforcement was dispatched to the area, and after a short pursuit, the driver, later identified as Joshua B Froseth, was stopped and arrested.
Froseth is facing a felony charge of attempting to elude law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia.
