Sheriff Deputies Respond to Assault in Gateswood Community
GATESWOOD COMMUNITY Ala.

At around 1:40 a.m. Thursday morning, the Baldwin County 911 center received a call for help reporting that a man was being assaulted with a stick or club and had been injured.
The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, an ambulance, and the local volunteer fire department were dispatched to the area of 32984 CR 64 Extension.
The sheriff’s deputies arrived to secure the scene prior to the first responders being allowed to enter the area to treat the victim.
At this time it is not known if an arrest was made nor the extent of any injuries.
