Robertsdale Fire Department Announces 2025 Fire Call Stats

ROBERTSDALE, Ala.
The Robertsdale Fire Department has announced their 2024 fire call stats and training.
The fire department stayed busy with motor vehicle collisions, fires and medical calls and continues to see an annual increase in call volumes.
The department answered a total of 824 total calls in 2025 which was up from 785 in 2024.
Busiest day: Saturdays (133 calls)
Slowest day: Sundays (94 calls)
99 fire-related incidents, including structure, grass, and vehicle fires
126 motor vehicle accidents
Average time on scene: approximately 30 minutes
Slowest hours: between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (8 calls)
Busiest time: between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (73 calls)
22 volunteer firefighters continued to invest heavily in training and readiness:
40 certifications and licenses earned
2,508 hours dedicated to certified courses
3,500 additional hours of supplemental training
Training completed at institutions such as the Alabama Fire College, Illinois Fire Service Institute, FDIC, and several other programs
These numbers represent countless hours of preparation, sacrifice, and commitment by our volunteers to keep Robertsdale safe.
Robertsdale said that they are proud of what was accomplished in 2025 and grateful for the continued support of our community, mutual aid partners, and city leadership as they move forward into the next year.
