Prodisee Pantry Executive Director Receives Humanitarian Award

MONTGOMERY, Ala.
The executive director of the Prodisee Pantry, a community outreach and food bank program based in Spanish Fort has been honored with the Aubrey Green Humanitarian Award by the Lions Clubs of Alabama during a ceremony in Montgomery.
Deann Servos has served the community at the Prodisee since 2004 and was recognized for her “outstanding humanitarian service.”
Servos was nominated by the Fairhope Lions Club and chosen from a pool of 187 nominees.
The food bank serves more than 11,000 needy Baldwin County residents each year.
Past recipients of the award include Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant, Senator Howell Heflin, and Governor George Wallace.
