Police Respond to Dispute and Find a Naked Man Outside

He was naked like a jaybird, so the saying goes but, in the case, involving 60-year-old Patrick Pettaway, it was true.

Police were called to the 5000 block of Druid Drive around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning.

When Mobile police officers arrived to investigate a domestic dispute, they found Pettaway walking around without any clothes on.

 When officers attempted to arrest the man, he resisted and grappled with officers until he was restrained.

Pettaway was arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence, resisting arrest, and failure to obey law enforcement.
