Injured Person Airlifted From Seven Hills Violent Crash

As serious wreck Thursday morning in the Seven Hills area of Mobile County has seriously injured at least one person.

Firefighters had to extricate a person from the vehicle before airlifting him to an area trauma center according to the Seven Hills fire Department.

A person was airlifted to a trauma center Thursday morning after a serious crash involving extrication, according to the Seven Hills Fire Department.

After 911 received the call of the crash, several first responder agencies were dispatched including police, ALEA troopers, Tanner Willimas Fire District and the Mobile County Emergency Management Agency.

It took a “lengthy extrication operation” to remove the driver from the vehicle, according to officials.

The condition of the injured person has not been released.

The crash is still under investigation.
