Police Make Arrests for Theft of Property, Criminal Trespassing

On Sunday, March 2, 2025, at approximately 10:13 p.m., the Mobile Police received a call about an alarm activation at 940 Hillcrest Road (Pelc Tire & Service).

Several police officers were dispatched to investigate the activation and upon arrival, officers observed two male subjects leaving the location on foot before getting into a vehicle nearby.

Officers immediately conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and took both subjects into custody to conduct an investigation.

The two men were subsequently identified as Kenny Pratt, 28, and Victor Gonzales, 49.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered that the subjects had removed numerous vehicle parts from the rear of the business.

Both were arrested and transported to the Mobile County Metro Jail.

Both face charges of:
CRIMINAL TRESPASS 2ND

THEFT OF PROPERTY 3RD (D FELONY)
