Police Charge Mobile Man in Shooting Incident

MOBILE, AL. A suspect in a shooting Tuesday, that occurred on Narbona Road is now in police custody.

Mobile police officers arrested 50-year-old Lamar Davis in the shooting of an unnamed person in the 500 block of Narbona Road at around 3:30 p.m.

Officers arrived and found a man with a gunshot wound, who was taken to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

Police said that a dispute of some type ended in gunfire.

Davis is charged with First Degree Assault, a class B Felony.
