UPDATE: Teen Shot in Fairhope Rock Creek Neighborhood

FAIRHOPE Ala. Police responded to a report of a gunshot being fired in the Rock Creek neighborhood early Sunday.
Officers found that one person had been shot.
That person was airlifted by a medical helicopter to an area trauma center.
Fairhope police are investigating.
There is no additional information known at this time.

FAIRHOPE Ala. A shooting in the Rock Creek neighborhood has injured
one person and the police said that this is an active investigation.
At this time, the Fairhope police are releasing few details but our sources, including a resident of the area said that a teen was shot and that
the Fairhope Fire Department, an ambulance, and a medical helicopter
were all on the scene.
We’ve been told that the injured person was flown to a trauma center.
We will update this information regularly.
