Person Injured at Grand River Motorsports

ELSANOR COMMUNITY Ala.

Authorities reported that a female was seriously injured on Thursday 
at the Grand River Motorsports complex located off from County Road 87 in the Elsanor Community.

Emergency responders including the local fire department, an ambulance and a medical helicopter were dispatched to the business shortly after 4 p.m.

A thirty-six-year-old woman was reportedly injured after a vehicle partially fell onto her legs causing injuries.

The female was transported from deep within the complex to an area where the ambulance crew could assist with the care of the patient.

A medical helicopter was called to the scene to transport the woman to an area trauma center.

Because the injury occurred on private property, it is unknown if local law enforcement responded.
