Person Dies From Self-Inflicted Gunshot at Baldwin County RV Resort

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. One person has died of a self-inflicted gunshot during an incident at an RV park over the weekend.
The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office was called to the Riverside RV Resort 25625 Water Rapids Rd, in the Rosinton area of Eastern Baldwin County, on Saturday afternoon, November 1, 2025, at around 4:10 p.m.
It was reported that gunshots had been fired.
When deputies arrived, they described the scene as being chaotic with numerous people gathered outside.
EMS, local fire departments, and a medical helicopter were all dispatched to stage in the area until law enforcement could make the scene safe.
The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office was able to determine that one person was deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot.
We are withholding the name of the deceased.
A spokesperson for the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office said that no other information will be released.
