Orange Beach Seafood and Classic Car Festival Returns

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. One of our area’s most popular festivals is returning once again to the Wharf.

The 34th Annual Orange Beach Seafood Festival and MAAAC Car Show will be held on Saturday, February 28 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

The popular event draws thousands each year for a day filled with coastal food, family fun, and impressive classic cars. Visitors will find a lively mix of community spirit, local flavor, and entertainment that celebrates all things Orange Beach.

Hosted by the Makos Academics, Arts, and Athletics Club (MAAAC), the event serves as the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from the car show help support local schools, benefiting students across Orange Beach.

The annual event offers fresh Gulf seafood and a wide array of vendors, crafts and live music and is always a fun family event.

MAAAC leaders encourage families and visitors alike to come out, enjoy the festivities, and help support education in the community.

The Seafood Festival offers a diverse selection of Arts & Crafts booths located in the west parking lot, behind the movie theater. Visitors will find something to appeal to every taste, with offerings including handmade jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, leather, pottery, sculpture, specialty goods, and woodwork. This area also will host the food vendors.

Attendees will have the chance to see hundreds of classic cars lined up while enjoying local cuisine and coastal entertainment. All funds raised from the car show benefit MAAAC. Trophies will be awarded at 3:00 PM on event day for many categories!

Complimentary shuttles will run from Orange Beach Middle/High School between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with frequency determined by rider demand. The pickup location at the school is the bell tower, and the drop-off point at The Wharf will be the front circle on Main Street.
