Motorcyclist Ran Over By Vehicle During Wreck

FOLEY Ala. A motorcyclist who was involved in a wreck on Thursday in Foley was also run over by the vehicle according to Foley firefighters.

The 11:49 a.m. wreck occurred at South McKenzie St and West Riviera Blvd and involved a motorcyclist and a passenger vehicle and seriously injured the rider of the motorcyclist.

Foley police, firefighters, and EMS responded to the wreck and shut down part of the roadway.
A medical helicopter was also dispatched to the scene.

The collision is under investigation.

This was just one of five serious wrecks with injuries in Baldwin County on Thursday.
