Motorcyclist Injured in I-10 Wreck

A traffic accident involving a motorcyclist on Interstate 10 Sunday injured the driver and shut down a part of the Interstate at around 1:15 p.m.

Police and emergency responders were dispatched to the Westbound side
of the Interstate near mile marker 37 after another driver spotted the accident and called 911.

ALEA state troopers were also dispatched to the scene and conducted an investigation.

Authorities also reported that a medical helicopter responded to the accident as well.
