Mobile Women Arrested For Election Fraud
MOBILE, Ala.

An investigation into election fraud has led to a criminal indictment in Mobile County and the arrest of Michele Renee Toomey though complete details of the case have not been released.
Toomey has been with Identity Theft, Forgery 2nd, and Identification of Electors.
She was booked on October 25, 2024, and released less than 2 hours later.
Toomey is accused of submitting a completed absentee ballot application for someone other than herself on September 26, 2024.
She was released on a $22,000 bond, pre-set by the Grand Jury.
