Mobile Police Respond to Multiple Shootings Over Thanksgiving Weekend

MOBILE AL. The Mobile Police Department responded to numerous calls regarding gunfire over Thanksgiving weekend.
On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at approximately 5:52 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Reynolds Avenue in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim was struck by gunfire and transported by personal vehicle to a hospital with minor injuries. Upon further investigation, officers discovered several individuals were sitting inside of a vehicle when another vehicle pulled up and someone inside began firing shots. This remains an active investigation.
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, at approximately 1:50 a.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Katye Street in reference to a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered gunfire struck a home. No injuries were reported. This remains an active investigation.
Also on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at approximately 7:19 p.m., officers responded to 3804 Cabana Boulevard (Crossing at Pinebrook Apartments) in reference to a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered three unoccupied vehicles were struck by gunfire during an altercation between known individuals. This remains an active investigation.
On Friday, November 28, 2025, at approximately 4:17 p.m., officers responded to the 6500 block of Shady Lane in reference to a cutting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim had a large cut on his body. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Upon further investigation, officers discovered a known subject cut the victim with a sharp object during an argument over money. Terry Harris, 62, was arrested and transported to Metro Jail.
On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at approximately 3:30 a.m., officers responded to the 8000 block of Beretta Drive for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered a residence was struck by gunfire during an altercation between a known subject and victim. No injuries were reported. Jacarii Martin, 30, was arrested and transported to Metro Jail.
