MOBILE, Ala.
Mobile police officers say that they were dispatched to a call for service on Government Street but as they made their way there, they spotted a man inside the McDonald’s restaurant at 658 Government St., according to the Mobile Police Department.
Police said that the restaurant was closed and that no one should be inside the business at that time.
As officers got out at McDonald’s they noticed that a window had been broken and that’s how the man entered the business.
Kenneth Henderson of Montgomery was taken into custody and has been charged with third-degree burglary.
Henderson was booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail. He has a bond hearing scheduled Monday, jail records show.
