Mobile Police Arrest Person Inside Stolen Vehicle 

 MOBILE Ala.

Police were dispatched to the 5000 block of Plantation Oaks Drive Monday for a report of a stolen vehicle that was parked at that location.

At 2:16 p.m. officers arrived and observed a male inside the vehicle and as they approached the vehicle the man took off and began running.
Officers were able to quickly apprehend him.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen from another state. The vehicle was towed and stored for safekeeping.

Gage Caviness, 19, was arrested and transported to Metro Jail.

He has been charged with:
RESISTING ARREST
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY 1ST DEGREE
