Mobile Murder Suspect Surrenders to Police
MOBILE Ala.

An arrest has been made in a shooting that occurred on Murray Hill Court last week that wounded two men and two women.
Originally the Mobile Police had stated that one person had been shot, and he was in critical condition but after further investigation it was found that four people had been shot during the gunfire.
One of those who was shot did succumb to his injuries later the police stated.
On Friday, January 31st, 2025, Daniel Cunningham of Mobile who was wanted for the shootings, surrendered at the Mobile County Metro Jail on Friday
Cunningham is facing one count of murder after one of the men died of his injuries earlier this week, according to authorities. The victim’s name has not been released.
Cunningham is currently being held without a bond but will see a judge on Monday.
