Mobile County Deputies Make Arrest in Deadly Shooting at Grand Bay Gas Station

GRAND BAY, AL. On Monday, April 20th, 2026, at around 1:30 p.m. gunshots rang out at a gas station near Highway 90.
According to law enforcement, 911 received a call about a shooting intersection of Ramsey Road and Highway 90.
According to sheriff deputies, three men pulled up to the gas pumps in separate vehicles and that’s when 27-year-old Dylan Meheen, walked up to one of the suspects vehicles and a suspect opened fire on him, according to MCSO.
Meheen was pronounced deceased on the scene and both suspects were detained, according to deputies.
MCSO said that the men knew each other but are unsure of what caused the shooting.
Brendan Cole Pierce has been charged with murder in connection with this incident.
