Mobile County Deputies Crash During Vehicle Pursuit

MOBILE, AL. A pursuit involving the mobile County Sheriff’s Office ended in a multi-vehicle crash, law enforcement stated.
According to a spokesperson for the sheriff’s department, a pursuit started on Tuesday night, August 25, 2026, after deputies tried pulling over a wanted suspect.
MCSO said that the chase ended just off Airport Boulevard on the East I-65 Service Road South, near Sam’s Club.
Deputies were able to take the driver into custody, but two sheriff vehicles and a civilian vehicle were damaged in a crash during the chase.
At this time, there is no reports of anyone being injured.
