Intoxicated Man Arrested at Fairhope Walmart

FAIRHOPE Ala.

Fairhope police were called to the Walmart at 10040 County Road 48 on Wednesday at around 10:30 p.m. because of a problem with someone on the property.

Police found a person who was intoxicated in the parking lot.

After an investigation of the situation, police arrested Charles Henderson Mallory for Public Intoxication.

Mallory was transported to the Fairhope jail.
