I-10 Wreck Near Florida Line Injured Several Persons

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL. While en route to a medical emergency at the Alabama Welcome Center at the Florida line, Wednesday morning, August 13, 2025, at around 7:30 a.m., the Styx River Volunteer Fire Department came across a multiple vehicle wreck.
SRFD firefighters stopped to assess the situation and found several people were injured in the three-vehicle wreck.
Additional resources, including several ambulances, were dispatched to the scene.
ALEA was also dispatched, and part of the Interstate was shut down temporarily and traffic diverted.
ALEA is investigating.
