SPANISH FORT Ala. A three-vehicle wreck on I-10 Westbound Wednesday afternoon injured two people and caused traffic delays between mile marker 33 and mile marker 34 just before 3 p.m.
Several persons who stopped at the wreck before law enforcement arrived reported that it seemed like one driver may have had a seizure but that was not confirmed.
The Spanish Fort Fire Department, Medstar ambulances, and ALEA troopers responded to the crash along with an ALDOT traffic vehicle to assist with redirecting traffic away from the crash.
According to ALEA, several vehicles were towed and at least one person was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The traffic was back to normal in about an hour authorities reported.
