Home Heavily Damaged After Fire Starts in Laundry Room

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. The Baldwin County Communications Center received a 911 call reporting that a home was on fire and that they needed help.
Firefighters from Elberta, Lillian, and Perdido Beach were dispatched to 27584 Burkhardt Drive, and the first arriving fire units reported that smoke was showing from a mobile home and that it was a working fire.
The Elsanor Fire Department was also dispatched to the scene along with EMS.
A fire, which reportedly started in the laundry room, quickly got out of control.
The structure sustained heavy damage.
On-scene fire personnel reported no injuries.
