Grand Bay Man Dies in Head-On Collision

MOBILE, Ala. The weekend saw several fatal accidents and at least six others involving serious injuries.
A two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 2:35 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, claimed the life of a Grand Bay man.
Ronald M. Greenlee, 61, was fatally injured when the 2011 Nissan Rogue, he was driving, collided head-on with the 2000 Toyota 4 Runner, driven by Sally A. Lambert, 34, of Irvington. Greenlee was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Lambert was also injured and was transported to USA Health University Hospital in Mobile for medical treatment.
The crash occurred on Half Mile Road near Padgett Switch Road, approximately two miles west of Mobile City Limits, in Mobile County.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
