Foley Police Charge Woman with Abusing Child

FOLEY, Ala. The Department of Human Resources and mandatory health reporters contacted the Foley Police Department recently concerned about the abuse of a child that they had contact with.
Foley police conducted their investigation and determined that the child had been physically abused.
Allyiha Presley, 28, was found to have caused injuries to a child under the age of 6, according to officials.
Court documents state Presley pushed the child down, causing a fracture to the child’s left leg.
Investigators arrested Presley and transported her to the Baldwin County Detention Center where she is being held on a $75,000 bond.
