Fleeing Suspect Faces Laundry List of Charges After Striking Police Vehicle

MOBILE, Ala. Police have arrested a man who fled from them during a drug investigation and he is facing a laundry list of charges.
On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Bernice Hudson Drive, but the driver refused to comply, leading officers on a short pursuit that ended in the 1100 block of Kelley Street.
During the incident, the subject’s vehicle struck an Mobile police unit and another vehicle.
Tylar Taylor, 30, was arrested and transported to Metro Jail where he faces charges of:
3 Counts of Attempted Assault
Attempting to Elude
Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute
Criminal Mischief
Resisting Arrest
Reckless Endangerment
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Taylor is currently being held at the Mobile Metro Jail.
