Fairhope Police Make Multiple DUI and Other Arrests

FAIRHOPE Ala. Officers with the Fairhope Police Department made five alcohol-related arrests on the first day of the month and responded to several other incidents that also ended with arrests.

The Following Persons Face Various Criminal Charges:

Antonio T Bracy was arrested at on March 1, 2026, at 1:57 a.m. at Magnolia Ave / N. Bancroft St for DUI.

Joshua Kane Obryan was arrested on March 1, 2026, at 2:47 a.m. in the 20000 block of U S HWY 98 for DUI.

Heriberto Leal-Suc was arrested on March 1^st, 2026, on Greeno Road at 2:52 a.m. for DUI.

Police also arrested Justin Cole Blackwell on March 1, 2026, at 8:18 p.m. for being intoxicated in public in the 50 block of Greeno road.

Officers also arrested James Derrell Hobbs on March 1, 2026, for being intoxicated in public in the 10,000 block of Greeno Road.

Shannon M Moore was also arrested on March 1^st, 2026, at 11:35 p.m. and charged with Possession of Marijuana in the Second Degree.

On March 2^nd, 2026, Fairhope police charged Alexandria Maria Cordova with Obstructing Government Operations at around 9:45 p.m. in the 100 block of N Section Street.

During a traffic stop on March 2^nd, 2026, at approximately 8:23 p.m., officers charged John Terry Portemont with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on county Road 44.

Police were also called to the 600 block of Westchase Court South where they made an arrest for burglary on March 3^rd, 2026, at approximately 6:24 a.m.
Lauren L. Varela was charged with Burglary Third Degree

Blake Levi Sherman was arrested by Fairhope police on March 7^th, 2026, at 9:04 a.m. in the 10,000 block of Highway 98 for Possession of marijuana 2nd Degree.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
