Fairhope Police Charge Man With Kidnapping

FAIRHOPE, Ala.
The Fairhope police have arrested a man for kidnapping after being called to a family dispute.
According to court documentation, Martin Tot, 22, was arrested for Kidnapping and Interference of Custody of a child.
The arrest was made after Tot, who did not have legal custody of the child, took the child without legal authorization.
Tot faces felony charges and is currently confined at the Baldwin County Detention Center.
