Daphne Police Report Shows a Busy September

DAPHNE, Ala. The Daphne police department has reported their monthly statistical data for September, and once again, officers stayed very busy.

Overall, police responded to 2,645 calls for service.

Officers conducted 892 traffic stops during September. Of those traffic infractions, 322 drivers received citations.

Daphne police responded to 139 motor vehicle collisions.

Officers during September made 159 arrests and wrote 183 incident reports.

Daphne police also arrested thirty-seven drunk drivers during the month.
