Daphne Police Make Felony Drug Arrest

The Daphne police arrested one person on felony drug charges on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

According to Daphne Police Chief Brian Gulsby, officers conducted a traffic stop for a traffic infraction, and the officer’s further investigation resulted in the arrest.

Jamie S McNiel has been charged with:

Felony Drug Trafficking
Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance
Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance
First Degree Felony Possession of Marijuana

McNiel was arrested and then transported to the Baldwin County Detention Center.

Chief Gulsby stated that it is an active investigation.
