Daphne Police Make Drug Arrest at Local Hotel

An incident at the Extended Stay Suites and Hotel located in the 20,000 Block of Frederick Blvd caused the Daphne Police to respond to the address at around 11: p.m. on February 12, 2025.

During the investigation, the police found controlled substances and questioned several people that were involved.

Daphne police were able to meet the probable cause burden and arrested two people later identified as:

Michael Zade Waltemath

Christian Edward Scriba

Both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Daphne Justice Center.
