Daphne Police Arrest 2 Elderly Men on Felony Drug Charges

DAPHNE Ala. Two elderly men were arrested in Daphne recently for felony possession of drugs during a traffic stop.
On Tuesday morning, shortly after 3 a.m., December 23rd, 2025, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 98 near Walmart Drive.
While officers were interviewing the driver and passenger, police discovered that the men were in possession of illegal narcotics.
Terry Keith Whitney 65, and Nolan Clay Hankins 69, were both charged with felonies.
The charges for both included:
Possession Of Dangerous Drugs
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Drug Paraphernalia-1st Offense
Both men were transported to the Baldwin County Detention Center and have since bonded out with a court date.
