Child Sexual Predator Given 129 Years in Prison

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. A Baldwin County man who has been found guilty of child sex crimes received a prison sentence of 129 years for his crimes.

The Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office said that Ugur Tufekcioglu, was sentenced after he was convicted on charges of first-degree sodomy, sexual abuse of a child younger than 12, and second-degree sexual abuse.

This case was initially investigated by the Robertsdale Police Department after receiving a call from the child’s mother.
For legal and privacy reasons, her name has not been disclosed.

Tufekcioglu confessed to the crimes according to investigators.

The child has received help from the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center.
