Bay Minette Police Charge 3 Juveniles With Vandalizing City Parks

BAY MINETTE, Ala. The Bay Minette Police Department shared several photos of vandalism that occurred at a city park recently.
According to police, three juveniles have been charged with third-degree criminal mischief in connection with several acts of vandalism in city parks but their names will not be released due to their ages.
Police said that during recent weeks several public parks were vandalized by individuals who spray-painted graffiti on tables and buildings and overturned benches, causing property damage.
“This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated,” the police department stated on Facebook. “Anyone caught vandalizing public property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
Police ask anyone witnessing suspicious activity to report it to them at 251-580-2559.
