Baldwin County Police Arrest Man For Felony Stalking

GULF SHORES, Ala. Tracking a person without their knowledge or permission has become easier with the advancement of technology. But it is also illegal to do so in Alabama.
In recent years, we’ve seen several people in our area arrested for this very thing.
Now, another such crime has come to light with the end result being the same. The suspect has also been arrested.
A Baldwin County man was arrested after he allegedly placed an Air Tag in a victim’s vehicle, according to court records.
An Air tag was discovered by the victim in the trunk of their vehicle.
Police said that through their investigation it was determined that Aron Graham had purchased it at a Walmart in Gulf Shores on September 8, 2025.
The investigation revealed the Air Tag was purchased at Walmart in Gulf Shores on Sept 8.
Graham has been arrested and charged with one count of first-degree electronic stalking, according to jail records.
This makes the charge a Class C felony.
Jail records show Graham was released on a $10,000 bond.
