A heated argument on school property involving a man with a gun didn’t end well for Michael Brown.
The Robertsdale Police reported that they were called when Brown was involved in a disturbance at the Robertsdale High School Baseball Complex where the school team was off-loading from a bus after a game in Daphne.
Responding officers said they saw the man acting in an aggressive manner towards students and people at the game.
The man, identified ad Brown, would not comply with police and was both verbal and physically aggressive with police and there was a brief scuffle, at which point police were able to take the man into custody.
Robertsdale Police said that Brown, 48, has an ongoing marital dispute, which was the motivation for the incident.
Brown is charged with having a weapon on school grounds, resisting arrest, domestic violence and disorderly conduct, according to jail records.
Brown has also been issued a Trespass notice and is not allowed on school grounds.
