All Criminal Charges Dropped Against Former Summerdale Police Chief

SUMMERDALE, Ala. The former police chief of Summerdale, who was charged with Forgery in the 2nd degree and Possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree has had all charges against him dismissed just before his trial was to begin.
Kevin Brock and his Wife, Lori, had been indicted by a Baldwin County Grand Jury on forgery charges.
Brock was placed on leave from Summerdale Police in June 2023 amid a criminal investigation by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.
The Alabama Attorney General’s office was prosecuting the case, but dismissed all charges against Brock however, his wife is still facing her charges.
There has been no filing to dismiss the charges against Lori Brock.
