ALEA Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Accident Near Summerdale
BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.

Law enforcement officers are investigating a serious crash involving the death of a Pensacola man.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is reporting that the fatality crash occurred at approximately 6:25 p.m. Monday, near Summerdale.
The single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 6:25 p.m. claimed the life of pedestrian, now identified as Stanley J. Montgomery, 60, after being struck by a 2010 Mazda 3 driven by Matthew E. Sullivan, 33, of Lillian.
Montgomery was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Baldwin County 32 near Baldwin County 83, approximately four miles east of the Summerdale city limits, in Baldwin County.
Troopers did not report if any charges have been filed but said that the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division is continuing to investigate.”
