Alabama Man Dies in Base-Jumping Accident in Utah

Authorities in Utah are reporting that an Alabama man who evidently went there to participate in a “BASE jumping has died.
The Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office reported that the tragic BASE- jumping accident occurred in the area of Willard Peak in Utah on Friday.
The man has been identified as Jonathan Bizilia, 27, from Alabama, according to the Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office.
According to his friend, Bizilia was an experienced wingsuit BASE jumper but never checked in following the jump.
Authorities were sent to attempt to locate the man, and his body was found in an extremely rugged terrain by a helicopter search team with the Utah Department of Public Safety.
The cause of the accident is unknown has not been announced.
