Lillian Crash Injures Two Saturday Morning

LILLIAN, Ala. Two pickup trucks collided on Saturday morning, October 31, 2026, shortly after 8 a.m. causing the airbags to deploy.
The crash impact also caused non-life-threatening injuries.
The wreck, on U.S. 98 at the intersection of County Road 99, also blocked traffic for about an hour.
The Lillian Volunteer Fire Department, EMS and an ALEA trooper responded to the scene.
A medical helicopter for also dispatched but later canceled.
Both pickups sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene.
ALEA is investigating.
