1 Injured, Home Heavily Damaged in Mobile Fire

MOBILE, Ala.

 A structure fire in Mobile just after midnight Tuesday, heavily damaged a home and sent one person to the hospital according to the Mobile Fire and Rescue Department.
The person who has not been identified had non-life-threatening injuries.

MFRD reported that two people had evacuated the home prior to firefighters arriving on-scene.

When the fire department arrive at 2800 block of Josephine Street flames and smoke were visible from a single-story home, according to the MFRD.

No fire personnel were injured, and the fire is under investigation.
