Woman Arrested After Setting Several Fires at a House

MOBILE, AL. Mobile police have arrested a woman suspected of setting several fires at a house in the city.
Police were called to the 1000 block of Lubel Street after the occupants of the home discovered the woman as she was setting fire to the home.
Mobile police said that they arrested 41-year-old Adria Lankford.
According to fire officials, Lankford is accused of setting two previous fires at the home in the 1000 block of Lubel Avenue. This morning, she returned to the house and tried to start another blaze, but was discovered by the occupants, according to the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department.
According to authorities, Lankford was found a few hours later in the area and was arrested by police.
Lankford faces five charges, including two counts of first-degree arson, one count of first-degree attempted arson, and two counts of third-degree criminal trespassing charges.
