Two Arrested For Sodomy While Holding a Gun to a Teen

Law enforcement has charged two people with two counts of first-degree sodomy.
According to jail records, Anthony Leon Bennett, 42, and Scharlene Michelle Prim, 35, are accused of the crime, which recently occurred.
Bennett was arrested on March 29, and Prim was arrested on Sunday, April 13.
News 5 obtained documents within the State of Alabama Unified Judicial System accusing Anthony Leon Bennett, 42, and Scharlene Michelle Prim, 35, of two counts of first-degree sodomy.
According to documents, Bennett allegedly held the victim, who is less than 12 years old, at gunpoint while committing the crime. Prim allegedly subjected the victim to the crime.
Both of the accused are currently being held at the Baldwin County Detention Center.
