Daphne Police Make 17 DUI Arrests in Recent Days

Daphne, Ala. The Daphne police department have reported making numerous arrests for driving under the influence, during the past ten days.
Bradley Steven Summer was arrested on April 15, 2026, in the area of Whispering Pines and Jubilee Oaks at around 10 p.m.
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 20000 block of State Hwy 181 (Exchange Apartments) and found that the driver was under the influence on April 16, 2026.
Wesley Dylan Reed was charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol at around 11:25 p.m.
Mayson Suzannah Hale was stopped for a traffic infraction on April 17, 2026, at 2:56 a.m. near Ryan Avenue. The officer found Hale to be impaired.

On April 18th, 2026, a Daphne police officer witnessed a traffic infraction and conducted a traffic stop on a driver, later identified as Lana Keahey Nelson in the 20000 block of US Hwy 98 (Wild Wing Station).
The officer determined Nelson to be driving impaired and she was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol) at approximately 1 a.m.
During their patrols, officers also stopped Daniel Francisco McKittrick on April 18, 2026, at approximately 3:36 a.m. in the area of State Hwy 181 @ Pleasant Rd.
The officer determined that McKittrick was Driving Under the Influence and he was arrested and transported to the Daphne jail.
Katie Lynn Williamson was also arrested for DUI on April 18, 2026 at 9:30 p.m.
Daphne police officers conducted several traffic stops after observing traffic infractions on April 19th, 2026.
Phillip Lee Thompson was arrested for Driving Under the Influence at approximately 1:05 a.m.
Ernest Thomas Dixon was also arrested on the same charge in the 1000 block of Pollard Road on April 23rd, 2026, at around 12:10.
On Saturday, April 25th, 2026, five drivers faced Driving Under the Influence charges after being stopped at separate times and locations.
Fitzgerald Lamar Wright was stopped at US 98 @ Santa Rosa Avenue.
Jennifer Lauren Petry was stopped at 3:11 a.m. at US 98 @ Lavender Drive.
Alexzander Albert Abraham Walker was also arrested for Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree at the same location and time.
Malachi Eliam Baker was arrested at 5:02 a.m. after being involved in a traffic collision on Pollard Road and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
Anthony Lee Jordan was arrested for Driving under the Influence at 7:07 p.m. on April 25th, 2026, at US 98 @ Bass Pro Drive.
Daphne police also charged David Wayne Holbrook on April 25, 2026, with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, during a traffic stop at the Waffle House.
On April 26, 2026, at approximately 02:31, police conducted a traffic stop for a violation at US 98 and Lavender Lane at 2:31 a.m.
The driver, identified as Jessica Paulin Bates was found to be driving while impaired and was charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, and was transported to the Daphne city jail.
At 2:38 a.m., another Daphne police officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of 7000 block of US Hwy 90.
While the officer was speaking with the driver, identified as Kaleb Wayne Schmidt, it was determined that Schmidt was Driving Under the Influence and was placed under arrest and taken to the city jail.
Also on April 26th, 2026, police stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver identified as Madilyn Elizabeth Bruce was identified to be intoxicated and too impaired to be driving.
Bruce was charged with Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol) and taken to the Daphne jail.
William Andrew Sullivan was also arrested for Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol after police conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 98 near the United Community Bank.
All drivers are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
