Monroe County Man Charged With 13 Counts of Rape of Child

An investigation in Monroe County has led to the arrest of a man who now is charged with multiple counts of rape.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said that the arrest of the man on thirteen counts of Second-Degree Rape involved a victim under the age of 14.
Sheriff Tom Boatwright has announced the arrest of Joseph McDonald, who faces thirteen counts of Second-Degree Rape and Sheriff Boatwright noted that the investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be forthcoming.
The sheriff did not go into any further details of this arrest.
